Acupuncture 101

Description | Chinese Medicine, including one of its modalities -- acupuncture, is widely considered to be the oldest and most consistently administered form of medicine in the world today. Despite its longevity and widespread clinical use, many in the West have limited familiarity with this medicine and its healing potential. Come join licensed acupuncturist, Leah Turner, at an informative and interactive workshop about acupuncture and learn the basics of what this medicine has to offer. You will leave the workshop with a basic understanding of some of the principles that guide acupuncture, as well a few practical tips on how you can help yourself feel more balanced and resilient through the Autumn and Winter months.
