Description

We offer specialty skills camps to advance players to the next level by enhancing and refining understanding of the game, technique, and tactics. These camps teach the skills and tactical awareness of reading, reacting, responding, and recovering during game play.

This camp has been revolutionized to increase contacts, gameplay, and athlete grit and confidence. We will learn so much during our time together. This camp will focus on many topics: extensive fundamental training to develop proper hand position and footwork; serve receive release; tempo and placement; setter defense; and communication strategies. It is highly recommended for any setter looking to advance their technique and understanding of the game. The camp is very intense and completely focused on setting. 

The final two days of camp will be spent with hitters preparing them and getting live feedback. It is recommended that you encourage your hitters to attend with you! Camp Counselor to camper ratio is typically 4:1. You can’t get training like this anywhere else. We will use a Sports Attack and AirCAT to increase skill repetition, coach feedback, and individual focus. 

What to bring

• Volleyball knee pads, sneakers, a shirt that covers the collarbone, shorts/spandex, and towel
• A full water bottle with the camper's name on it
