Color Falcon Vic Challenge!
We challenge you or your kids to color Falcon Vic and then, to show your Falcon pride, post it on Instagram or Facebook and tag us using #GCDayofGiving. On March 26, we will pick our favorites and feature them on our social media and in the April alumni newsletter. Our favorite will win $500 to donate to the fund of their choice! Ready, Set, Go! At 12:01 a.m. Day of Giving officially begins! Be among the first five donors to make a gift and win $400 challenge dollars for the area associated with your gift plus a special shout out on Good Counsel’s social media.
Let’s do this! When you make a gift, no matter what the size, you help build a stronger tomorrow for Good Counsel. Reaching our goal of 159 alumni donors, only one more than last year, unlocks $2,000 in funds for our Falcons from a generous Good Counsel alumnus. Even more incentive to give right now, the donors from the class with the highest participation will receive a Good Counsel keychain and free admission to the Falcon Fest Tailgate at Homecoming.
A generous donor will match all gifts to financial aid up to $10,000 to #KeepFalconsFalcons, helping families in need of emergency financial aid. The power of collective giving shows us that gifts of all sizes make a big difference. Make a gift right now and watch as every 100 gifts received unlocks $1,000. If 100 donors give $25 each, with the matching funds, you would help raise $3,500 for our Falcons to attend service trips, offset financial aid costs, provide lab equipment or needed technology for hybrid learning. This challenge is funded from a group of generous donors.
Did you play a sport at Good Counsel or currently have a student-athlete? If yes, this challenge is for you! An anonymous athletic alum is challenging you to make a gift to the GC team that is most special to you. If we get 25 or more donations to athletics or specific sports teams, he will make a $2,500 gift to Good Counsel!
To support a specific team, make sure to select “other” and write in the team name on the giving form. Your gift will go directly to that team and help with costs associated with that specific program.
Help us reach our goal of 400 donors before midnight and unlock $8,500 from a generous alumni donor to truly make a difference for our Falcons. The money raised from Day of Giving supports financial aid, faculty development, athletics, arts, service, our greatest needs, and more!
