Camp Info & Policies
Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis. An online application is required for each camper and can be found on the individual camp web pages. Full payment for all camps offered is required when registering.
Specific pick-up and drop-off locations and instructions will be emailed to you prior to your child's week of camp.
All campers must be checked in by a parent/guardian the first morning of camp. All other mornings, the child is allowed to be dropped off. All parents/guardians must park and go to the camp desk for camp pick-up. Campers are NOT ALLOWED to leave camp and go directly to the parking lot to be picked up at the end of the day. This policy is for the safety of our campers and will be strictly enforced.
Before and After Care are provided for Day Camps. There is a $60 flat fee for the week. Before Care begins at 8:30 AM, and After Care ends at 5:30 PM. After Care includes supervised free time, games/activities in the gym and classroom, and movie time! A snack and drink are provided.
Campers may bring lunch or purchase lunch at the concessions stand. Concessions includes pizza, snacks, chips, candy, etc., and water, sports drinks, and soda. All campers should bring a water bottle that can be refilled.
Maryland state law requires each camper to have a current Tetanus shot date listed on file. A required field is listed in our online registration form.
An immunization record must be submitted for ANY student who attends a school outside the state of Maryland. Please see the Forms and Waivers tab for full medical information including medication self-administration and Epi-pen/inhalers forms.
In the case of inclement weather, camp will be moved indoors. However, if there are extended periods of rain or severe weather, camp may need to close early or cancel. Parents/guardians will be contacted via email if camp is closing early. Campers will also be permitted to contact their parents/guardians by phone.
We follow strict attention to the heat index and will bring campers indoors if it is too hot. Our camp directors also provide campers with shaded areas and take frequent water breaks. Camp directors and counselors are keenly aware of illness related to heat and will seek immediate medical attention should a camper exhibit any of these symptoms.
Full refunds will be made for any reason prior to May 1, 2019.
After May 1, and up through 14 days before a camp session, refunds will be made minus a $75.00 registration fee. No refunds can be made unless requested at least two weeks before a camp session. After the two week window or for documented sickness or injury during the camp session, make up days will be offered during subsequent sessions or there will be a credit for future use in clinics or camps.
