Deposit: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at registration. Registrants can choose to pay in full at the time of registration, or elect the installment plan. 

Installment Plan Details: The installment plan divides camp tuition into equal monthly payments  between the date of registration and May 15, 2025. After May 15, tuition is due in full. The installment charges will be made on Feb. 15, Mar. 15, April 15, and May 15, 2025.

In the case of cancellation, deposits can be transferred to new sessions in the same season but cannot be applied toward the remaining account balance or applied to the next year's programs.

 After May 15, all payments are non-refundable even if a camper transfers to a program with a lower fee.

A refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit for a camp cancellation will be made for any reason prior to May 15, 2025.

There are no refunds after May 15, 2025. 

Camp fees shall not be refunded because of the absence of the child from camp, regardless of cause, or if camp is closed due to inclement weather.

Good Counsel Summer Camp reserves the right to cancel under-enrolled programs, in which case a full refund will be provided.

If Good Counsel Summer Camp decides to cancel camp programs due to COVID-19 or any other safety/health concerns, Good Counsel will retain the $100 non-refundable deposit and provide a daily pro-rated refund.
