Camper Carpool & Parking Procedures

Each day, campers will be dropped off and picked up at their assigned Zone. Please see the map below to locate your carpool zone for the week, and follow the steps outlined below.
Drop-off:
- Begins at 8:30 AM for all campers
1. Enter the campus at Number 2 on the map
2. A traffic attendant will direct you to your Carpool Zone
3. When you enter the Carpool Zone, a camp counselor will greet you at your car
4. Your child will be escorted to his/her assigned camp
Pick-up: Begins at 3:00 PM
1. Enter the campus at Number 2 on the map
2. Return to your Carpool Zone drop-off location and park in the lot
3. Exit your car and meet your child on the sidewalk closest to their camp
NOTE: MSA Half-day Camp pick-up begins at 11:30 AM; Cheerleading pick-up begins at 12:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: If you have more than one child attending camp, please drop each child off at their assigned location in the morning. If your children are located on opposite sides of the school, we will make arrangements for all children to be picked up in one location. Please email camps@olgchs.org with the names of your campers and their camp, and we will have a counselor bring them to the Dining Hall Entrance (#7) in the afternoon.
Late Pick-up: Parents will be charged $1/minute per child if arriving to camp day pick-up after 3:15 PM. The late charge for After Care pick-up begins at 5:35 PM.
Alternative Pick-up Procedure: If your child is being picked up by someone other than his/her parent/guardian, fill out the Authorized Pick-up List when registering your child for camp.
Medical forms, epi-pens, and inhalers
1. All medical forms may be uploaded to your child's camp profile prior to his/her week of camp, or handed in the first morning of camp.
2. To hand in inhalers and epi-pens to the medical staff, drop your child off and then park in the front lot (# 3). Enter the main lobby.
