GC Girls Lacrosse Camp will focus on the fundamentals of lacrosse, including stick work, shooting, dodging, fast breaks, defense (team and individual), offense (team and individual), ground balls, clears, 8M penalty shots, midfield transition and goalie play.

Our goal is to promote a love for the game and provide campers with focused, intensive training essential to improvement. Over the course of the camp, beyond expanding their skill set, campers will acquire enthusiasm and self-confidence—qualities that are crucial for solid performances on the field.

  • Lunch can be brought from home in a cooler, or a lunch plan is available for purchase two weeks before the start of camp
