We want to make it easier for you to connect with fellow Falcons, which is why, Our Lady of Good Counsel High School is partnering with Publishing Concepts, Inc.(PCI) to publish the 2019 Alumni Directory. The extensive directory will be available in both hardcover and electronic form for any alumni who wish to purchase it and will be a valuable tool for Falcons looking to reconnect with classmates or broaden their GC network. PCI will be contacting GC alumni via mail, phone, and email to request that you update your information and offer you the opportunity to purchase an alumni directory. You’re invited to share your graduation year, basic employment information, and contact information.
In addition to helping us produce this valuable networking tool that allows Falcons connect with other Falcons, your participation in the project also enables the GC Alumni Office to receive critical updates to our database so we can more effectively engage you with your alma mater and better serve current and future alumni.

Our Lady of Good Counsel High Schools celebrates its 60th year during the 2018-19 school year. In honor of this milestone, Our Lady of Good Counsel High School is proud to announce that we have partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc., (PCI) to collect and update the contact information for our alumni, more than 12,000 worldwide, to publish a new alumni directory available spring 2019.
We are compiling this directory to make it easier for you to connect with fellow Falcons (as some of you may recall, we last published a directory in 2003!). This extensive directory will be available in both hardcover and digital form for any alum who wishes to purchase it and will be a valuable tool for Falcons looking to reconnect with classmates or broaden their Good Counsel Network. In the coming year, you can expect to hear from PCI in the form of postcards, emails, and phone calls.

ALUMNI DIRECTORY PROJECT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for the Good Counsel Alumni Office. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
We have partnered with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (known as PCI) to produce our new GC Alumni Directory. We understand that security and privacy are of concern. PCI is a trusted partner of Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, having also produced our most completed directory in 2003. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX, and Chesapeake, VA, that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation.
This project also allows the GC Alumni Office to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.
2. How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
Good Counsel has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Good Counsel for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory and except as required by court order or law.
The directory will be made available for purchase only by alumni of Good Counsel. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Good Counsel any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Good Counsel or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.
3. I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the GC Alumni Directory project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed. They may also ask you for some additional information about your time at GC and your family to make additions to your existing record.
If you have received an email with an embedded link, you may go to the online site to review your information. If you have questions, you may call PCI’s customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590.
4. Can anyone purchase a directory?
The 2019 Good Counsel Alumni Directory is available for sale only to GC alumni.
5. Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590.
6. When will I receive my directory?
The total duration of the Good Counsel Alumni Directory project is 12-13 months. We are scheduled to begin the project in February 2018, with an anticipated delivery date in March/April 2019.
7. Are there any alternatives to ordering a printed directory?
Yes, PCI also makes the directory information available in a digital format.
8. Does the purchase of my directory count as a gift to Good Counsel?
No, all revenue collected from the sale of the directory goes to PCI.
9. I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
Call the PCI customer service help desk at 1-800-982-1590, and they will take care of this for you.
10. I didn't receive any postcards or emails about the directory, how can I be included?
