The Xaverian Honors humanities courses at Good Counsel develops students academic abilities, emphasizing the skills needed to excel inside and outside of the classroom. This program allows students to dive into a given humanities subject they’re passionate about dedicating their focus to this over the course of four years.

Good Counsel’s honors courses also serve as our Pre-International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement Programs. The IB/AP Programs allow students to complete college-level work at the high school level. We are proud to offer two of the best college preparatory programs in the nation, and our students have met with outstanding success in both.
