College Preparatory Program

Freshman year: You’ll have a relationship with your counselor, teachers and advisor from day one, and you’ll set up a Scoir account, a college planning software that helps organize your search process.

Sophomore year: You’ll participate in extracurriculars that truly enhance your life; complete a learning styles assessment in Scoir; attend the college fair; take the PSAT; and meet with your counselor to plan.

Junior year: You’ll take the PSAT and decide if you’re taking the ACT or SAT; meet with your counselor, along with your parents or guardians; attend the January Junior College Night; and use Scoir to organize your college search.

Senior year: You’ll meet early and often with your college counselor to help guide you through the application process; you’ll apply; you’ll look into financial aid; and you’ll tie up all the odds and ends you need to attend the school of your choice.
