We are excited to announce Dr. Suzanne (Suzie) Miller '95 as the first female recipient of the Br. Bob Arrowsmith '63 Distinguished Alumnus Award. Over the past decade Dr. Miller has served as an executive of medical technology companies worldwide, and is currently Chief Medical Officer for Ventec Life Systems, based in Australia. An author, consultant and legal expert witness as well, she has practiced medicine on every continent.

Dr. Miller earned her MD from Harvard Medical School and trained in emergency medicine at Stanford University. In addition to her medical accomplishments, she was member of the Harvard women's basketball team that upset No. 1 seed Stanford in the 1998 NCAA Tournament.
