At Good Counsel, we are at our best when everyone feels welcome, valued, and seen. Guided by our Xaverian mission, we cultivate a community where students embrace diversity, show compassion, and honor all of God’s children.

Our office collaborates with school leaders, faculty, and staff to create safe spaces, meaningful connections, and opportunities for student leadership. Through initiatives led by our Social Justice and Inclusion Leaders (SJILs), students plan programming, attend conferences, and serve as peer mediators helping our community grow in understanding, respect, and empathy

By intentionally centering equity, inclusion, and justice, we inspire every student to excel, serve, and love, building a vibrant community that reflects the Xaverian values of humility, simplicity, compassion, zeal and trust.
