The Angel Soft Angels in Action Program recognizes children ages 8-18 for exemplary acts of service that benefit their community.

Charity Guide has links to many college scholarships and awards offered for outstanding student service to the community.

Coca-Cola Scholars  works on behalf and at the direction of the entire Coca-Cola system to reinforce the Coca-Cola system's legacy of community support while enhancing educational opportunities in the United States through scholarship awards and enrichment programs for young people who demonstrate, through academic excellence and leadership in their communities, their capacity for and commitment to making a difference in the world.

Comcast leaders and Achievers™ Scholarship program (formerly the Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Program) recognizes students who exemplify these skills and abilities through their high school careers, and who serve as models for their fellow students.

Gates Millennium Scholars Program is a scholarship available to minority high school students that have an outstanding record of community service and volunteer work.

The Discover Card Tribute Award Scholarship program gives nearly $1.5 Million dollars a year to high school juniors nationwide. These scholarships are given in nine awards statewide of $2,500 and nine national awards of $25,000 Dollars. Eligible students must demonstrate accomplishments in community service, special talents and leadership.

The Kohls' Kids Who Care Program recognizes and rewards children ages six through eighteen who volunteer in their community. Annually Kohl's will recognize over 1,250 kids and award $186,000 in scholarships.

Points of Light recognizes outstanding volunteers.

Presidential Freedom Scholarships promote student service and civic engagement. These scholarships, funded in part by the Corporation for National and Community Service, a federal agency, recognize high school students for outstanding leadership in service to their community and neighbors.  lists grants available to young people looking to start a service project.

Prudential Spirit of Community Awards recognize young people from across the United States for their dedication and commitment to volunteerism. 

The Target All-Around Scholarship awards over six hundred $1,000 All-Around Scholarships each year, including one $25,000 scholarship to a high school senior and college student age 24 or younger with an extensive community service record.

Youth Service America lists grants available to young people looking to start a service project.
