International Learning

Our Lady of Good Counsel High School offers a wide variety of courses and extra curriculum activities designed to help each student meet his/her educational goals as a global citizen.

Under the guidance of Director of Global Programs, students build e-portfolios by depositing essays and projects they complete through activities and courses at GC that are related to global issues and perspectives. Successful students receive recognition upon graduation and can use their e-portfolios for college application. See the template of the e-portfolio and how it works here.

For a duration of few weeks, qualified students may apply to participate in the Exchange Programs. Students selected attend school and experience home life in their respective host country. In the past, we exchanged with schools in Australia and Spain. In 2018, we will have an exchange with Theresianum Academy in Vienna, Austria. OLGCHS families can click here to see the details. At the request of Theresianum, only up to 20 students of class 2019 will be accepted. Click here to submit your application.
