World Religions - Eastern & Western Traditions

Description | Join us for an in-depth exploration of the great world religions of the Eastern and Western Traditions. This course will focus on Hinduism, Buddhism, Chinese Religions, Judaism, Christianity, & Islam, discussing the insights each provides to fundamental questions of the human experiences. Themes will include: the Golden Rule, the afterlife, the role of war, art and music, and sacred texts. Contemporary issues of gender, politics, & violence will also be reviewed.
