Essential Oils 101

Description | Spring is a time of purging the things which we no longer need, and it's the perfect time to get rid of unhealthy habits. Today's lifestyles of poor diet, lack of exercise, and an over-abundance of environmental toxins can leave the body unbalanced and diminish energy levels. Essential oils are a healthy, safe and effective way to help maintain good health and body functions.

  • The workshop will be split into two separate parts. In the first hour, we will discuss what essential oils are, why quality is critical, how to use essential oils to increase health and wellness, and how to use them to kick toxins out of your home.
  • During the second part of the evening, we will put essential oils to work. You will choose & make 5 custom oil blends to take home to help support common issues including: chill out, tummy tamer, sleepy time, itch be gone, headache helper, zit be gone, bye bye boo-boo, sore no more, and breathe easy.
