Introduction to Calligraphy

Instructor: Laura Salazar (UMBC, B.A. in Graphic Design)

When: 5 week session hosted on Wednesdays (OCT 26, NOV 2, 9, 16, 30 – No classes during Thanksgiving week)

Time: 7:00 - 9:00 PM each night

Cost: $175

Course description: Just in time for personalizing/addressing those holiday cards, and dressing up the dinner table with beautiful place cards! This beginner’s class will explore modern pointed-pen calligraphy. The instructor will discuss the best supplies to use and demonstrate various calligraphy techniques. Participants will learn and practice all letters in the alphabet.

Supplies will be provided by the instructor.
