The award-winning Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons News is published 6 times a year, with sections including: News, Features, Sports, and Opinions. Our goals are to cover GC events in a timely and objective fashion, to sharpen the writing skills of the staff, to teach students new software, and to encourage art, cartoons and photography.

Good Counsel is proud that the Falcon News has twice won the Columbia Scholastic Press Association's Gold Medal and that it was the 1st Finisher in the Maryland Scholastic Press Association for the 2002- 2003 school year.
